L’ULIVETO: ground floor. Double bedroom, living-room with double sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower, 2 private outdoor spaces (18 and 16 sq.m.) equipped with table, chairs and beach umbrella.

LA LIMONAIA:Ground floor. 2 double bedrooms, living-room with fireplace, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower, open loft with 2 single beds, private covered terrace (20 sq.m.) with table and chairs, private garden (80 sq.m.). Each three-room flat has independent entrance, TV sat, independent central heating, dishwasher, oven, hairdryer and everything necessary to cook.
The agritourism is very well-kept in order to re-create and respect the features of this locality. Chestnut beams, flat tiles, furniture: these are the elements of an elegant and rural furnishing, to provide you a relaxing holiday.

The other 2 bedrooms are placed at first floor of the smaller farmhouse. They are 20-25 sq.m. and from these you have a wonderful view of the farm and Umbria’s hills. The room is in the typical ancient umbrian style with oak beams, terracotta tiles. Every bedroom has a private bathroom, tv, heating, hair dryer.
