The Fattoria rises among the green sweet Umbrian hills and under a charming blue sky. It is a marvelous natural terrace over the St. Francesco Basilica, the Rocca Maggiore and the Rocca Minore. It is an oasis of peace, in deep contact with nature, where the mysticism of Assisi and the hospitality of the ancient country house give to tourists the sense of remote feelings, lost in time. Here it is possible to find ourselves, going up through the Franciscan path, through the woods, or on the sunflowers fields.
The country house has been carefully restructured and brought to ancient beauty again and today it still has the small church belonging to XIVth century and the old tower. Inside this tower the Suite Deluxe and the lift provided with crystal-glasses have been built. The high-quality materials terracotta, wooden-beams, crystals, ceramics, beaten iron let the structure be a refined and original place. The Country house is composed by 21 rooms and 5 Dependances provided with every comfort, cured in every detail and facing the city of Assisi. The large swimming pool, the refined restaurant, the garden rich of officinal plants and secular trees are waiting for you to spend unforgettable holidays!

The triple-room and the quadruple-room are disposed on two levels connected by an irony spiral staircase.
They are provided with large windows and parquet, they are very nice.
One of the 2 dependances has got the entrance going directly to the swimming pool (that entrance is different from the main one, that is located at the upper floor).
Furniture: Typical Umbrian, with beaten iron-beds and ancient furnishings.
