Museums in Firenze

- Uffizi Gallery
It's the most famous museum of the whole city. It put up the biggest exhibition of Botticelli painting, and at the same time it offers a fantastic collection of art works.

- Academy Gallery
In the Museum you can find the David of Michelangelo and many others art works.

- Bargello National Museum
It offers a big collection of sculpture (Mannerist and of Renaissance): here you can find works from Michelangelo, Donatello, Rossellino.

- San Marco Museum
It's placed in the monumental part of an ancient monastery.

- Museo dell'Opera del Duomo
It's the Cathedral Museum, showing religious art work (such as statues from Donatello).

- Institute and Museum of the History of Science
One of the main attractive of this museum, that shoes the evolution of scientific instruments, is the Galileo Galilei Room: it's possibly to look at a part of his drawings and instruments.
