Immersed in the green that turns to the valley and the city of Arezzo, at an altitude of 500 metres on the sea level.
The structure, divided in 2 floors (about 250 square metres), has 5 twin rooms, eah with his own bathroom, for a total of 10+2 bed places.
In the morning area there is a living-room, a kitchen, a room where to eat, with fireplace and wood-oven.
In the garden surrounding the house, there is the swimming pool that can be used only by guests.
The farmhouse is thought to be inhabited from a big family or, divided in apartments, from guests with different needs.
In both the situation, privacy is granted by numerous access, that make independent each apartment.
