The Tuscany Agritourism, surrounded by cultivated fields, is formed by 3 ancient farmhouses. Is placed on a hill, from which is possible to dominate the splendid Valle dellArno (Arno Valley) and the XII century castle of Poppi. Its placet near to the Parco Nazionale delle Foreste Casentinesi (National Park of Casentinesi Forests) and to the bigger historical-cultural centres of Casentino. The hospitality is offered in 5 apartments, furnished with care and respecting the Tuscany tradition. Each apartment has a completely equipped and independent kitchen, sat Tv, telephone and heating. Guests can use a large equipped swimming pool, with a panoramic view on the valley. The agritourism offers the possibility to host horses and to hire mountain bikes. The structure is surrounded by a furnished garden, barbecue and children playground; inside there is also a big common lounge with fireplace and tables to spend evenings and nights together. Near to the Agriturism there are: Tennis and Golf fields, shops and market, library and Gym.

Territory
Arezzo
Principal town of the province, Arezzo's territory is very large. About the origin of the city, we can say that it was settled in a pre-etruscan period, in a place that was already populated in the Palaeolithic age (near to the city has been found the " Man of Olmo ", of that period). Then, Arezzo become Etruscan; we've got many art works and important objects about this period, such as the famous " Chimera ". In the IIIrd century a.D. the city was conquered by Romans, that called it Arretium; the city become an important centre for ceramics and metal works.
In the IVth century, Arezzo become an Episcopal seat: Bishop, during middle age, built many buildings that still exists (For example: the Cathedral and the Pieve of Santa Maria). When in 1289 Arezzo's Bishop was killed during a battle, the control of the city went to the noble family Tarlati da Pietramala. In 1384 Arezzo happen to fall into the influence of Florence, and entered the Granducato di Toscana (Grand duchy of Tuscny). So it happened that when the Grand Duchy become part of the Kingdom of Italy, Arezzo made it too. After that, thanks to the drain of Val di Chiana swamp, Arezzo become one of the most used and important ways between Florence and Rome.
