RATES INCLUDE:
* Electricity, heating in the coolest months, firewood, hot water, cooking gas, fresh towels every 4 days stay (on request you can change them more often for a surcharge of 3.50 pp), change of sheets every 7 th day of stay, use of utensils, cutlery, dishes and anything else inside the apartment.
(We only ask you kindly to leave the start, crockery and general kitchen clean as you find them. Any cleaning of the kitchen will be 'charged at 35 ).
RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:
Towels / pool towels.
Fresh bread and croissants from the bakery (on request if you do not include breakfast).
Buffet breakfast (unless specified otherwise).
Dinners, lunches, gourmet events (unless otherwise specified).
Wine, olive oil, local produce and other items in the local bar.
Washing machine for personal clothing.
