Casale Campaniletti is located at few kilometres from Rome, into the green hills of Sabina, plunged into its vineyards and olive trees. There you can find a relaxing place, in a recently completed house, very comfortable and refined with visible wood beams and typical "cotto".
In Casale Campaniletti you will enjoy a beautiful view. You can read your prererred book or simply have a sunbath in complete freedom, beside the swimming pool.
If you like walking or running you will enjoy our hill paths, that you can also travel by mountain biking. Inside the house you will find a fitness area, where you can train for your physical well-being.

In the neighborhoods: In addition to several food and wine itineraries, you can visit the "Vescovio" Sanctuary, with its archaeological finds, where you will find a restaurant and a bar. At 20 km from the farmhouse you can find "Farfa" Abbey, with its suggestive medieval village: there you will find a bar and a restaurant, too.
Don't forget to visit the medieval villages of Collevecchio, Casperia, Roccantica and San Polo. During the third and fourth Sunday of each month, takes place a fair feature where you can buy all kinds of goods. Thanks to the location of our house is very easy to reach important touristic cities, for example the eternal city 'Rome', that is far only 45 km, travelling by the A1.
We recommend to reach it by train (the train station of Stimigliano), which is just 5 km far from the farmhouse.
From there a comfortable double-decker will take you to Rome in just 50 minutes; the same train is good to go and come from the intercontinental airport "Leonardo da Vinci".
