Conditions and rules

Conditions determine the agreement between tenant and Itinerary.it, belonging to Viaggiare Web S.r.l., under Authorization issued by Region Umbria – n. 3824/11st May 2005 – and Third-Party Insurance Liability n° 544 65 37882074 – Unipol Assicurazioni.

1 – AGREEMENT AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS
At the moment of confirmation of reservation, tenant shall pay a down payment to Viaggiare Web S.r.l., with payment to be made by bank transfer, to confirm the booking. Because of the specific structure reserved, the payment of the entire balance will have to be made at the arrival in the structure or directly paid to Itineraries & Location of Viaggiare Web S.r.l. 25 days before the beginnig of your stay. To confirm the reservation, Viaggiare Web S.r.l. will send a Voucher to the tenant. The Voucher will have to be shown to the owner of the structure or to a representative at the moment of arrival in the structure.

2 – PRICES
Published prices include, except different specifications, expenses for general consumptions.

3 - DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF TENANT
If expressly asked, at the moment of arrival tenant shall pay the guarantee deposit, by cash. That guarantee deposit shall totally be given back to tenant at the moment of departure, or partially if that sums is to detracted for eventual damages caused by tenant during vacation. Tenant is responsible for damages of every sort or nature caused to the structure and to its equipment during sojourn.

4 – HEATING AND FINAL CLEANING SERVICE
The structures are consigned cleaned and in order. Final cleaning service is normally to be paid on the spot, according to the indications of the voucher, directly to the owner or to a representative.

5 – VARIATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
All information and descriptions of each proposed structure are compiled with best cure. By the way internals and externals of structures may be subjected to changes, that will be communicated at the moment of reservation and subsequent confirmation. If at the moment of arrival or during vacation tenant verify substantial differences from what described in the catalogue or in the present agreement, he shall immediately give communication to Viaggiare Web S.r.l.. No sums shall be refund by Viaggiare Web S.r.l., if tenant leaves the structure before the agreed date. Eventual complaints after departure from reserved structure do not allow any request of refund by tenants.

6 – CANCELLATION BY TENANT
The customer, if he/he decides to nullify her/his booking, will loose the entire deposit prepaid to Viaggiare Web S.r.l.; after that, nullifying the booking before the beginning of her/his stay means that she/he will have to pay:
until 21 days before the beginning of the stay 40% of the entire fee of the stay; from 21 to 0 days before the beginning of the stay: 100%

7 – RESPONSIBILITIES of Viaggiare Web S.r.l.
Viaggiare Web S.r.l. acts as simple agent. Viaggiare Web S.r.l. shall under no circumstances be liable of damages arising directly or indirectly to tenant, caused by actions and/or omissions of Landlord or of his representative inside the reserved receptive structure.

8 – RECEPTIVE STRUCTURES NAMES
Almost all the structures, published on Itinerary.it, are named with imaginary names.

9 – PERSONAL DATA
All personal data acquired by Viaggiare Web s.r.l. are confidential as requested by law 196/2003. For the intents and purposes of Legislative Decree 196/2003, the parties declare that their own data will be processed only ed exclusively for the finalities connected with the contractual fulfilment and in observance of law, security measures included. Data will be manually or electronically processed, kept as long as law foresees and finally destructed. The parties may exercise the rights mentioned in article 7 of cited Legislative Decree asking the processor of treatment, represented by representing lawyers of the parties themselves. Subscription of present act constitutes formal agreement to personal data process, for the aims set herein.

10 – COMPETENTLY COURT
All matters of difference regarding reservations and locations, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Court of Terni (TR).

Subscription of present act constitutes formal agreement to personal data process, for the aims set herein.
